  • Cream Of Broccoli Soup

    2 Tbsp Butter Buds
    1 tsp Vegetable Boullion Powder
    2 Tbsp Flour
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    2 cups Chopped Broccoli
    1 1/2 cup Fat Free Milk
    1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 cup Diced Onion
    1/4 tsp Dried Dill Weed

    Directions:

    Measure spices and place together in a bowl and set aside. Crush the vegetable boullion another small bowl, then add to the spice mixture. In a medium saucepan, add Butter Buds, flour, vegetable bullion and milk together. With heat on low-medium, add the broccoli. The base will thicken as the broccoli is cooked for seven to ten minutes. Add the onions and spices to mixture and cook together for another seven minutes more or to desired texture.
